it really sounds to me like you have a boils not acne... i have had them before n they are hiley contagous. when you pop one the yellowish stuff gets on other parts of your skin and makes another one. so you really need to go to the dr they will lance it and give you some meds to clear it up. also after you mess with them wash your hands and anywhere else it touched really goodThe acne on my cheekls are large purplish red lumps and full of yellowish bloody water. It could just be a particularly nasty case of acne, but it can't hurt to ask you doctor. Acne sucks anyway, and the doctor might be able to help you out.
