Is it OK to pluck facial hair because of acne?

I have some facial hair growing near my acne. I don't want to go over it with a razor for fear of messing up my acne/pimples by breaking them. Would it be wise to pluck the hair near my acne instead? Is it OK to pluck facial hair because of acne?
I am in skin care school right now. You can tweeze the hair around your acne, but if there is a hair in a follice of a pimple (or a pustule (has a white puss at the top)) Do not tweezers that. You could irritate the pustule (and the oil that forms inside the hair follice) and make matters worse. If the hair inside the pustule is getting longer i would just trim it with some small eye brow scissors. YOU SHOULD NEVER WAX over your acne. It will really stimulate the oil (the sebacous glands).

Hope this helps. You may want to see an estician in your area or dermatologist, to help you with your acne furter. Regualr facials and high frequency will def. help you. Or if you can't afford regular spa prices, go to a skin care school in your area, they usually charge half price for a facial. Is it OK to pluck facial hair because of acne?
just leave it alone!
a lot of guys get what looks like acne from shaving but they're actually ingrown hairs from having sensitive skin.

i don't think plucking would be a bad idea but you'll still get ingrowns. i'd probably get advise from a dermatologist not people online.

good luck,

it's sounds painful
Just do it. What could go wrong?
You can it will hurt but if there is acne under or near there hair it might just create more irritation.
