How can i get rid of mild acne on my forehead?

hi,i av had mild acne cince about 12,and it isnt bad,but at the moment i have 8 big red spots on my forehead,and i really want to know some simple yet effective ways to get rid of them,thanks very muchHow can i get rid of mild acne on my forehead?

what extremely helped me was when i was sick i laid in my bed and put a cold rag on my head for like 3 hours and when i took it off like all my acne was gone.
