How can i get rid of the acne on my back really fast?

my acne on my back is pretty bad and my school is having a dance and my dress shows the top of my back which is where my acne is. my skin is pretty clear on my face. please answer and no rude comments please.


i want to know what foods should i stay away from, how much water i should drink, what products to use, does rubbing alcohol work? and other suggestions please thank you!

I've been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it's at.
