Does anyone know if there are any acne products that actually work?

I need to know if there are any acne products that work, because of those little zits I get every now and then that don't go away for a while.Does anyone know if there are any acne products that actually work?
coalface soap from lush works for me - it's amazing. and it is really cheap too! just go into your nearest lush store, they have loads of great natural that help with acne. or if you don't have a store near you have a look on their website.

i also find that OXY emergency spot treatment works very well, it helps to reduce the size of them very quickly.

i also find that calmine lotion works very, very well for drying them out - and it's very, very cheap from your local chemist, boots or supermarket. you have to put it on at night or a day when your not leaving the house though as it's white.

good luck!Does anyone know if there are any acne products that actually work?
The only thing that actually worked for me was taking a pill for it...

and now my face is clear.
Try proactive my husband used it and he's been acne free for two years know
Make the paste of Rakta-chandan ( sandalwood ) and Turmeric with milk, and apply it over the pimples. More home remedies available at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/acne.html
I think the ProActive system works wonders!
homemade concoction, works everytime!

5 cups of flour

6 teaspoons salt and pepper

3 cups of sugar

8 teaspoons of water

4 tablespoons of finely chopped garlic cloves

2 eggs (shell and all)

2 jars of dill pickles, grated

stick it in a blender and massage evenly on face
I use a few products ranging from clearasil to clinique. But seriously this tool http://www.ulta.com/control/product/~pro鈥?/a> works soooooooooooo well. You use it to take out that gunk inside of whiteheads and blackheads, then right after you use your cleanser (i use clinique clarifying lotion) then your moisturizer...works soooooo well. But ive also heard good things about cedafil and proactiv but ive never had to use them..but if you have a little extra cash for skincare products i 100% reccomend the clinique skincare line..the only thing its kinda expensive but works sooooo weeellllll...and it doesnt stink and doesnt dry out your skin.
Proactive!!!!!!!!!
proactive
It all depends on your skin type... all products work diferently for everyone.

So i would experiment with a few drug store items and see which ones work the best. Make sure you read the back to see if it has either benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid and see which one works better on your skin.

I think that the best products ive tried are Neutrogenas Oil-Free acne wash and St.Ives Apricot Scrub.
proactive
i use proactive and seabreeze
