Anything that speciffically works to get rid of acne?

Ive tried many things, and nothing seems to work. Any ideas and help?Anything that speciffically works to get rid of acne?

crush ibiprofen in water to make it into paste and put it all over the acne. and then over that put toothpaste. try neutrogena acne stuff. its good for some acne, i use it,but i started adult acne so it doesnt work for that. im going to try murad acne complex and you should try that too.Anything that speciffically works to get rid of acne?
Proactiv works really well for me. There is also a similar product to Proactiv that you can get at Wal-Mart called Acne Free. They are expensive, but well worth it. Good luck!
If your cheap... just use toothpaste!! I swear over night it works LOL! My mom said she read that it was bad though.. But I don't give a shi*. And.. I use Differin, from my dermatoligist.
