Anyone know how to get rid of body acne?

My acne is pretty much under control, but I still get some mild breakouts, and I have a little bit of acne on other parts of my body. It's not that bad, it just bothers me. Anyone know of any like body washes, medicines, or solutions to get rid of it?Anyone know how to get rid of body acne?
it's from dead skin crawling into your pores. find a nice rough washcloth to scrub the dead skin away. the body shop makes really good ones.

try not to put the shower water too hot, this causes dry skin which might cause acne. also avoid wearing tight fitting clothes, take showers after sweating a lot, ect

Well, acne doesn't actually have a cure. But the best thiing to do is use ProActiv
