Since there are many forms of acne, it's hard to reccomend one solution. However, after working in a dermatologists office for 3 years, i've learned some general remedies. The first thing you want to do is buy a mild cleanser with Benzoyle Peroxide (about 2%-5% should be adequate). Use this twice a day. Twice a WEEK, use a cleanser with salycilic acid. i went to a dermo but i still have the occasional things to get rid of and reduce redness use green tea bags ones with the most antioxidents. drink the cup of tea and hold the teabags on the place where you problem is, me dermotologist is also a stong beliver of teabags. and for last minute use eyedrops to reduse redness just put a couple eye drops (they should say reduse redness) on you finger and put it on them it makes them less red. watch fast for these its instant( eyedrops).
